Well as predicted in my many posts this week it was a gain, but not as bad as I thought.

I basically put back on what I had previously lost since Christmas.

Weight = 18st 8.5lb +4lb

I am not upset as I was expecting it, group members were lovely gave me lots of cuddles and support.

Back on track now.
