Yeah so I’ve been caught in “the stalling as you get near your goal weight” doldrums
and it hasn’t helped that I got away with cheating a bit until recently, so I’m planning on an 80% F&H +PP meal plan until Christmas to keep me on track.
Breakfast: Microwaved poached egg 2PP
Hovis Nimble Wholemeal 1 PP
I slice Wafer Thin Ham 0 PP
Lunch 200g Grilled skinless chicken in a tomato sauce with herbs, onion, courgette, carrots and sprouts 7PP
Snacks and drinks: Sugar free Red Bull
Chai Tea no sugar
Easy Peeler
Sticks of cucumber
Water: As much of a 2 litre bottle as I can get through.
