Well this weekend was a wash out. Instead of yummy chicken on Saturday I had mostly Cavonia and Night Nurse as I'd come down with a really nasty cold. :sick: Everything tasted like cardboard, so for once I wasn't remotely tempted to pick at the weekend! Everything has a silver lining.

Sunday was slightly better so:

Brunch: Scrambled Egg 5PP

Pork Sausage 2PP

Dinner: Roast Chicken 3PP

Yeah I'm feeling better thanks, it just wiped out my weekend. Sigh.

Yeah I love Yorkshires, I generally only have them with beef. I think my homemade ones tend to be bigger than the frozen ones so probably a lot more points, but they are yummy. :D I could get some frozen ones in for emergencies.
 
Last nights dinner was left over chicken made into a casserole. Today's lunch was left over chicken with "courgette noodles" and quinoa. I feel very frugal this week. I'm going to make a stock out of the bones. My Mum will be so proud. ;)
