February challenge - for you and not your valentine

Missy its one week hun dont worry about it. The main thing is look at how far you have come already your doing fantastic. The challenge is a bit of fun and it does give incentive but dont stress about it and put added pressure on to lose. Theres always next month chick. If I lose 1lb next week this will be the 1st challenge ive met since joining minis. Its why I set my loss lower this month lol.

Stress and pressure are the last thing you need. Its so easy to say relax but when you want something so so bad its hard to. Maybe if you still wanted to join next month you could go with 4lb thats 1 a week ( march may be a 5 week month not sure) but its not as high as 7 and more achievable without pressure.

Whatever you decide, Im sure you will continue to lose as you know you have a precious goal in mind. Good luck hunnie for the week ahead x

I'd say I probably ate more to be honest all on plan and had full syns. Next week will probably be sts but hopefully not x

STS For me this week :( don't know why but don't seem to be able to stick Tobit this month! Never going to make this months challenge :( maybe I should aim slightly lower in next month's
 
Thats what I did as Ive not met a challenge yet lol so 5lbs seem reasonable. Will probably do the same next month as its a 5 week month I think
 
If my maintain last week did include Mondays food, then I might manage a half lb loss this week, if it didn't then I have no chance and I'm looking at a gain Tuesday... only time will tell....
 
i only need 0.5 off to meet my challenge on wed but the amount ive eaten today theres no chance

I only need half a lb as well, let's hope for a miracle for us both haha
