Feeeling really weak!!!

Heya peeps I thought it was in time for me to have a moan now, this is my 7th week on TFR and untill these past few days it really hasnt been too difficult. About 2 days ago I had a fever and was in bed most of the day managing to have only 1 sachet of my allowed 2. Since then even though I am still on ketosis and 100% I find myself feeling weak. I find myself drinking lots of water but still feeling either hungry or too empty. Seems as though only water isnt enough for me no more:cry: I have lost over 18kg and still only have 10kg till my target so I am very reluctant to break the diet. I am finding these days very hard t pass, cant really do anything as I either feel tired, or the longer I stand up, the hungrier I get:cry:
Dont want to sound to sad , but I really needed to let that out.

Oh Mooncake, I don't know what to suggest as I am so new to all of this but I really hope someone can come and help out soon. Maybe you feel so bad because you're not having all of the shakes. Why only 2 shakes Hun? How about spliting them into smaller portions, then you only need to have a few sips and it's done.

As you say, you have had a fever so you just have to recover. Keep up your fluids. If you don't like the water take some herbal teas like mint, green tea or just have plenty of black coffee with a sweetener if you lke it sweeter. If you can't face your shake in one go then split it and make up the second half later. You must take your shakes everyday as these just cover the essential nutrition your body needs.

Thanks you both for the support, I feel a whole lot better now. Mustve been a stomach bug or something, was really feeling down in the dumps. Back on track now so cheers!

Glad to hear it pet. I have a wobble week, my week 7 and really was fed up. There is definatelt light at the end of your tunnel! Keep up the good work. xXx
