I thought 'd pop in and say hi since you lot are the only ones that understand.

Does anyone get periods of time where they just feel that there losses are so small that they are just not getting anywhere?? Also I dont seem to be losing inches where my cd measures - I have lost 1 inch in 3 weeks :(

I know its silly because the weight is going down but I think I look at others weight losses and mine seem pathetic in comparison.

Im still 100% dedicated and have been 100% cd ss for 7 weeks now - and even though I feel down I will still continue.

Just wanted a bit of moan I guess really:cry:

hey hun, i think all of us get timesl ike this, i am the same now, i sts this week, but for me i think it was to do with water retention...

before i had my 4 weeks break i was stuck in a cycle of losing 2 pount 1 pound etc was doing my head in, and now to sts is abit of a depression! :(

but i am sticking with it, and i am going to shift this wait! some folks lose it so differently!

take day by day, and use everyone elses losses as an inspiration :)

i was advised when i was in my rut to move up the plan for a week, so i did ss+, and lost perhaps move up to ss+ just for a week and go from there?

    stick with it hun! :)

I think it's normal to feel that it's sooo restrictive why is the weight not falling off, take each day as a new opportunity to lose some more weight keep measuring yourself so even if the weight doesn't move at the scales your tape measure does! it'll happen.... you'll feel better soon honest and be glad at how far you've come just imagine being skinny wearing a fab dress and entering a room full of all those people you want to show how great you've done......

I know how you feel, I was losing 3 lbs per week and nothing off my waist!
2 weeks ago I moved up to SS+ and lost 4lbs in my first week of SS+, then last week I lost another inch :)

I would definitely advise moving up a plan for a while.

thank you all for your advice :) I went to see my cdc today and to my surprise I have lost inches : 5inches in 2 weeks so I guess it was just the emotional mood I was in today. Anyway still motivated and my cdc said I was doing really well.

    Thanks alot everyone xxx
