Feeling sickly - help??

Hi everyone

I am feeling really sick and queasy tonight - I dont know if it is a side effect of the diet or something else. Has anyone else had this? Any ideas what I can do??

Not experienced that myself due to Atkins. There are bugs going around this end of the country tho... hope you feel better soon. x

I must admit, sometimes on this I have felt sicky & can't eat. I presumed that it was just my appetite being curbed by the protein. I usually have a little bit of cheese or a teaspoon of peanut butter so I know I won't be hungry. It soon goes. Hope this helps x

Thanks everyone. I was up most of the night feeling like I was going to be sick but wasn't, and eventually dropped off about 3am. I feel good today though - don't know what it was, but I am very grateful for your help.

Thanks Jim - we cornered the cat when he was flat out, although he was so soft he wouldn't have minded anyway! The hat he is wearing is from the top of the bottle!
