Have got a STUNNING black and blue bruise on my bum, a scrape on my right arm and im really tender under my ribs.

Im going to look stunning in my swimming gear on my hols at the weekend arent I?? Im just hoping the sun and sea salt might help them heal.

Get some arnica cream, it brings out bruises really quickly. Anyway, a well displayed bruise could prove an interesting talking point? Have a good time.

owww! I found it was the shock that got me more than the bruises when I fell down the stairs a few years back. I bruised my face, my arms, my legs and somehow managed to cut my boob!
