    Not sure. I thought it was just to keep you regular. If you're really bunged up you might want to try something called FIBROGEL - make sure you get the green one which is for diabetics and so OK for this diet - and then use FibreClear to keep you regular after that. Other people have used pharmacist recommended laxatives to help get things moving.

    Try a constipation tablet, I suggest one with a stool softener as well!
