first binge since began!!

and its a bad one..I feels so sick now,as well as disgusted and annoyed.

no excuses really just a long day combined with an emotional time of things at home, I had...
3 hifi bars
large bag of buttons
bag of aero mint choclates
bag of aero normal choclates

just had a bath to move away from the binge and a think and now feel ready to face another day tomorrow.in the scale of things this wont stop me being slim in the long run but isnt good!!

someone tell me off and make me stay on plan tomorow please

Sounds like you have told yourself off enough. You have drawn a line under the binge and now you are ready to start again. Well done for dealing constructively with it and getting back on track.

Only two more pounds until you get to half a stone lost. That is a great first target achieved.

Did you enjoy the food you binged on? if so think well that was nice but back on track now. If you didn't enjoy it think well what is done is done I'll just get back on track right now. Remember also how it is making you feel now compared to how you perceive the binge might make you feel when you get tempted so you recognise its not worth the heart ache. Just put it behind you now, stressing will just make everything ten times worse.

telling you of is no good hun you know you've had a bad day just draw a line under it and forget about it start fresh tomorrow and maybe have some extra speed foods thrown in over the next few days chin up your only human big hugs kel x x x

just forget you done it there is no point beating yourself up about it.start again but maybe cut down on your sins for the next few days to try to compensate for it .we have all done it xxx

You done well to realise your bad and move yourself away from it. Move on and before you binge again remember how you are feeling right now x

Amanda!!!! you really are ATC, lol... Draw a line under it, and start again tomorrow with the halo firmly back on your bonce, it was a slip we all have them, you need to remove all the high syn stuff like that from your reach, house even, and do us a favour next time hun, save us the details on what the binge contained, cos i for one am blooming right jelous now!!!! roflmao :)

don't beat yourself up. we all binge on crap - that's why we're all members of slimming world!!! and just think back when you weren't a member and how you might have binged daily without giving it a second thought. if you're good the rest of the week your blip might not even show up at weigh-in.

the only thing that saves me from losing it through the week is the fact that every week after weigh-in i allow myself to eat whatever i like...for that night only. so when my fella tries to tempt me with pies and such like i tell him to sod off if it's not my 'eating day' ...don't know if anyone else does it, but it keeps me going from week to week. and the best thing is i don't even enjoy it that much and the following day i get straight back on it.

yay! it's my eating day tommorrow :)

Years ago when my ex and I were counting calories, we were well strict through the week, but Sunday became Sinday and boy did we sin, and every week despite sinday, we had great losses, it just goes to show that in moderation nothing really harms you!

That's exactly what I do. I have a day off every Thursday then get back on it on friday
