First week loss

    What did everyone lose there first week of ww?
    I lost 3.5 :) and have lost a total of 1 stone 7lbs but for the last few months I've kinda been up and down :( Hubby has started with me now so hopefully we can help each other x

    Ive been on WW for 8 weeks and lost 11lbs so far. In my first week I lost 4lbs and since then Ive lost 1lb a week

    I only lost 1.5lb in my first week but I was still happy as I had maxed out all points and didn't feel like I had gone without anything so it was nice to eat plenty and still lose. I always lose quite slowly anyway so wasn't expecting big amounts.

    I lost 1 in my first week. Biggest loss was 3 lbs. Average around 0.5 - 1 a week x

    I lost 2.5lb, but my girlfriend (who is MUCH MUCH slimmer than me) lost 7.5lb! I'm on my third week and that was the best. 4lbs. I was chuffed :)

    I lost 0.5 in my first week, I was rather disheartened but kept the chin up and am now 12 lbs lighter in 4 weeks. :-D
