    Well i survived the week and didn't find it to bad and have lost 8lbs!!

    Feeling a bit cold and fed up this afternoon though.

    8lb would give me the incentive to stay on it. thats a fantastic result. i'm on week 5 on cambridge. i eat this week and i'm really worried. stupid i know. hope you stick with it

    I am pleased with the result, just feel a bit flat today but i think the diet could cause a few mood swings. have you noticed this at all?

    I tend to be really grumpy every couple of days, then I am happy as larry?? I think the diet can cause mood swings so that's the excuse I'm using to all my friends and family anyway! x

    27meadow, well done love!! I'm on my 2nd week, 13lb down on the first week, but I'm really struggling right now. I just want to grab everything in sight and ram it down my throat. I really hope you carry on the good work x
