I could only find one review on google and it said that she has seen minor changes to her body, but she was using it 5 days a week for 30 mins each time!
I really need to start exercising!! I dont really want to join a gym and use to do lots of walking, its a bit cold atm though i need to strap on a pair and walk to work in the mornings lol
