Flatbreads!

Could someone let me know how many syns would these contain please (each!) 8 pieces of flatbread

  • 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour + more if necessary and for your floured surface
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk (I used almond)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

I've worked it out based on the quantities stated but it could vary depending on the brands used etc.

Flour = 47.5 syns (4.5 syns per 25g)
Baking powder = 1.5 syns (half a syn per teaspoon)
Salt = free
Water = free
Milk = 1.5 syns (2 syns per 100ml)
Olive oil = 12 syns (6 syns per tablespoon)
Total for the whole recipe = 62.5 syns

Per 1 flatbread = 8 syns

This is assuming that the milk isn't part of a HEA allowance but even if it was the difference would be very slight.

Hope this helps!
