1 tbsp of linseeds is 3.5 syns, sorry the book doesn't mention whether this is ground or whole but I suspect it's whole, so probably slightly higher when ground as you could fit more in. Annoyingly the only seed not listed by weight!

I'm intrigued! I'm always thinking I should fit this into my diet as it's so healthy but can never really think how!

I was considering using the ground stuff, mixing with herbs and using it to lightly coat fish before baking it. It might be horrible, I don't know!! :)
