Flexi syns???

Hey guys, quick question. Sorry to sound stupid, but what does Flexi syns mean?

I'm not an expert, not been doing SW for very long but I think it means when you know you're going to need more than 15 syns for a certain day... ie. a special occasion or something... you set your own allowed amount of syns (eg. 40?) so that you're still in control of it but you're able to enjoy yourself without punishing yourself later
