hi you asked about your tracker if you go to Weight Loss - Diet Ticker you can get your ticker from there and then once you have picked which tracker you want copy the bb code then you come back to the group and up the top click user cp and click edit signiture just paste the code in the box and click save and it will be there hun. hope i explained it ok if not give us a shout and i see if i can help anymore.
