Forty and flabby

I always said that I would get my weight sorted out before I was 40, well that has been a complete bust so now its 'Im going to deal with my weight now Im 40!'I have placed an order with SnS and will be starting tomorrow on 4 packs a day, I'm a little nervous as my track record to date with diets isnt great. I tend to buy all the gadgets gizmos and books going but never managed to follow through, this time though Im determined as my other half made the mistake of saying that if I stuck to the diet and lost weight I could have two kittens (he thought he was being funny but IM going to hold him to it!!). So my start weight is going to be just over 15 stone I think but I will get a proper weight first thing in the morning, and I want to lose about 5-6 stone. Im going to Florida in October and have no intention of taking shakes but will stick to salads and seafood and avoid the carbs as much as possible, and past experience says that the US arent exactly hot on the dessert front :)I have a collection of Kettlebells and Hula hoops at home as well as a vibration plate (see alsorts of gadgets) so its about time they got dusted off and were used for the intended purpose. So its going to be onwards and downwards, Im off to read as many inspirational stories as possible to help me on my way :D

Day one and I have my shakes but havent tried any yet, Hazelnut is going to be my first experiment but Im going to wait till about mid-morning as I dont usually have breakfast anyway.Made a start on todays water and this bit will be easy cos I do it anyway :)

Good luck on your journey xx
Hey how do you get on with the vibration plate, i'm looking into buying one but unsure whether to rent one first. Can you recommend them?

heh ive had the plate for about a month but havent plugged it in yet, once I do Ill give you a review.Had a vanilla shake for breakfast and looks like I will be having one for lunch also as I didnt check the packs as I was runing out the door this morning :D
