Don't worry Jazzy! The week before I had lost 4st 1lb, then last week, inexplicably put on a pound, so a round 4 stone for Foundation

been a while so may be slightly off but think it was about 4 stone 5lb or there abouts, i lost 5 stone 7lb in 19 weeks so think thats about right x

quite low in comparison, but i was 100% on plan the whole time
