Fresh Fruit Salad Syn Value - Free or not?

Hi

Just wondered if anyone can tell me whether the pots of fresh chopped fruit you can buy are actually free?

On another site, people were saying that they may contain syns! I eat a few of these a week (yes, I know, I am lazy and should make a fruit salad myself!), so if they do have syns, I'm not counting them!!

Would be interested in what you all have to say

If it is just chopped up fruit then it will be free, but check ingredients. If sugar or juice is added them it will have syns
