Friday's food fail!!

I KNOW that the weekends are my downfall. But I think I've figured out he problem - I don't need to cut down on the eating to lose weight.. I need to cut down the amount of friends that I have to invite me out to dinner!!

Breakfast
Boiled whole medium egg: 76 kcal / 4.4g fat
2 Weetabix w/ 50ml Skimmed milk: 170 kcal / 0.5g fat

Morning snack
Eat Smart Tomato and Basil Cup Soup: 56 kcal / 0.2g fat

Lunch
Homemade Bean and Tomato Soup: 222 kcal / 1.8g fat
Fat free Rasp & Cranberry MLight: 90 kcal / 0.1g fat
Frozen Mixed Summer Fruits: 32 kcal / 0.4g fat

Afternoon snack
3 Gherkins: 52 kcal / 0g fat

Dinner
King Prawn Skewer: 24kcal / 0.2g fat
BBQ Smothered Chicken: 475 kcal / 21.4g fat
Jacket Potato: 218 kcal / 0.2g fat

Evening snack
Small Mixed Popcorn: 377 kcal / 14g fat
Cadbury's Chocolate Buttons: 170 kcal / 10g fat

TOTAL kcal: 1,963
TOTAL Fat: 52g

ARRRGGHHHHH!!! As punishment, I'm taking myself off to Boots as we speak for a PROPER weigh-in (I don't trust my scales one bit..)

We all have off days, just have a fresh start tomorrow. :)

Also even if you don't trust your scales, you should only stick to one set as different scales give different readings and won't give you a good idea of your progress - for example, I bought the cheapest set of scales I could find and they tell me I am half a stone heavier than the scales my dad has at home (which were 10x as expensive as mine) but I just go by what mine say, otherwise I would get confused.
