Smart Points From sw to ww with love.

I joined monday. im ex slimming world too. still trying to get my head around it. would love some low SP recipes to guide me on my way. my goal at the minute is 31.5 lbs but if I can achieve that I will start a new goal. which I am sure I can with some friendly help and advice xx
 
I have just joined weight watchers from slimming world. Have been a yo-yo dieter all my life and I must get back on track. I have 6 stone to loose but this time I am determined.
Have had a few health problems and have an ulcer on my leg which hasn't yet cleared up. Need to rest my leg - can't wait to get back to aqua aerobics - but unable to go in the pool.
