What are you using it for? When I have it for dessert I just put several dessertspoonfuls from the big tub into a dish and add whatever I'm having with it ... eg. fruit or no sugar jelly crystals. I add a couple of dessertspoons of it to my cereal in the morning if I have it and I use about a dessertspoonful when I use it as a marinade.
I'm determined not to get hung up on weighing/measuring/counting as I feel this has been my downfall in the past. xx
