Fromage Frais

You can heat it gently, but not boil it. So you could stir some into rice pudding once it had been cooked, but you couldn't cook the rice in it.Well, you could, I suppose, but it would curdle and look awful!!
 
I think it would work if you stirred it in at the end - might make it nice and creamy! But you don't want to let it boil, it will ruin the texture.

Be interested to know how you get on if you try this :)
 
It could curdle when heated, so it may be that you will have to experiment with it a bit, good luck with it.
