Morning, just a wee question... this week ive been using frozen fruit instead of fresh fruit. Can I just double check that theres no difference between the 2 in regards to it being superfree etc? Its all berries ive been taking so just wanted to make sure once defrosted that it wouldn't lose some of original goodness if ya know what I mean...

    Thanks in advance :)

Yes, frozen fruit is fine. I've been freezing portions of grapes too, takes me a bit longer to eat them and they are lovely.

As long as you are eating them whole and not then pureeing them blending them or doing anything else then that's fine and they are still super free and syn free
