Slimming world says fruit is a superfree foods, they say it's the first thing you should reach for if you want a snack between meals.
I don't think too much fruit affects weight loss. I don't limit any fruit - sometimes I try not to have bananas and grapes as they are not a speed or superspeed food but only if I want to have a really good week.
I'm a bit of a rebel, I sometimes have TWO bananas a day and I know a lot of people on here limit themselves to one a day.
I think if you are hungry then eat fruit. If not, then don't.
SW does not restrict fruit, so enjoy it. xx
