Hi, I bought this as a treat to get me through my night shift tonight, it's from a random shop so wondered if someone could work it out for me:

100% fruit, apple, redcurrant and pear

    Calories: 50kcal per 100mls
    Carbohydrates: 12g per 100mls
    Fat: 0.1g per 100mls
    Protein: 0.1g per 100mls

Thank you!! I'd really like to have it tonight.

You can work it out yourself using 1 syn for every 20 calories

I wasn't sure if I could do that if it had fruit etc in, I thought that was only junk foods! Thanks

No, when you juice fruit they are no longer syn free so the 20 calories rule applies.
