Fruit portions

Im just me!
I am a little stuck her ehow much fruit you can really have a day.
My biggest q is regaring grapes please can you help, how many grapes are too much.
 
10 grapes is a portion & you should only be having 5 portions of fruit and veg a day... There's no specific rule but I think everyone has agreed that 5 portions is enough. Obviously we should be mixing it up and having our veg too... not 5 bananas or 50 grapes lol.
 
i'd have days that i'd have a punnet of grapes plus a banana mandarin and 2 apples,,i LOVE fruit:)
 
I couldn't have all that sugar, it'd send me mad lol! I'm not a big fruit and veg eater anyway... Wish I liked it more!

I seem to think that your 5 a day have to be different, so to have 2 bananas would only be 1 portion :/
