Full of cold and struggling ...

    With green days. I find carbs are great comfort foods and always make me feel better.

    I'm full up with flu and I'm going through the same thing. I've managed to stay more or less on plan, maybe a few syns over, but I'm not really worrying about it right now. I'm filling up on free food and if I have something I shouldn't I'm not going to beat myself up over it, I just feel too ill and sorry for myself lol

    That's exactly the way I feel :( I am trying my hardest to stay on plan but it's not very easy

    Just try not to be too bad and don't worry about it, it's hard enough being ill you don't have to make it harder! It doesnt help that most remedies and throat sweets have syns :(

    I like to have Lemsips, just the hot drink and sweet lemony taste I find soothing but they're 2 syns each :(

    To be honest, if you're ill I wouldn't stress out about following the plan to the letter. At the moment it's more important that you get better than lose weight - just be sensible about it and not use being sick as an excuse to scoff a family size bar of chocolate ;)

    I'm sticking to snack size chocolates and I'm just so grateful I can still taste things lol
