Galaxy amicelli syns!

Can anyone help please I NEED some chocolate but can't find my syns book :cry: I have some galaxy amicelli in the cupboard and think they are 3 or 3 1/2 syns each but its only my first week back on SW and I don't want to get it wrong and blow it!!

Any help would be great.

If anyone hasn't tried them I think they taste like much more than 3 syns and are definitely worth a try.
