Garlic and herb Philly

No, but the light version (I believe) can be used as a HeXB on original/green.

If you want a soft cheese as an A, Primula light is good (you get 75g, that's half a tube) or laughing cow light triangles

Only the plain light philly is a HEa but you can have the flavoured ones as a HEB when you are on a green day :)

Does anyone know how many sys per tub of phily light garlic & herbs is ?.I had a lovely dinner today.Boil some pasta fried some mushrooms in fry light with half tin of pek spring onions then mixed 100g phily mixed it altogther it was yummy & so filling.

Omg just had 60g of garlic and herb Philly and counted as hexa :( oh damn I'm well over syns for today now!! Does anyone know why it's not a hexa? Is it a lot more fat?

It must be because it doesn't have as much calcium in it as the plain version. It is a HEB on the green plan for its protein content :)
