You should be! !! i had at harvester flame grilled chicken, the free food salad and a plain jacket pot. I also had 4 glasses of wine. So pleased with food choices... And wine.... Well no drinking all week now so doesn't really matter lol.

Hiya hunni. Sorry not been on today been out with mtg mum and then put up Alfies new Thomas bed. Mark got it hint for gist birthday and its amazing!!! he is well chuffed. Took me n my Mum almost 4 hours lol Haha. Tour diary looks good. Ill post afresh tomoz as had a flexi day today so no point t lol xx
 
Woops...the chocolate monster made an appearance! I blame the vodka I had, doing syns on a weekly basis to see if this works.

Don't feel well so just had a 3 calorie jelly. Early night maybe.

Breakfast~ half a melon half a punnet of strawberries and a Kiwi.

Lunch~ your pepper soup recipe yum. Hex a feta. Im annoyed as got no bloody pittas left in or bread and cba going shops in this weather so have to skip my hex b today :-(( will get in extra and freeze next time i go co op.

Dinner. Maggi so juicy Paprika. 3.5 Syns. New potatoes and roasted veg (leeks onion tomatoes and peppers)

snacks and syns~ choc cake (which is still fresh amazing!!) 4.5 syns, mug shot, 3 kiwis, maggis 3.5 28g salted popcorn 6 syns. Total~ 14 syns x
 
Gosh felt so hungry today, had my fair fill of hifi bars! Think I won't buy them again as I just scoff them! Xx
 
Just come back from the gym and feel sicky. So just going to climb into bed I think xx
 
Got into bed and felt sorry for myself and then my belly rumbled! So off I had 2 slices of white bread with melted cheese, quavers and easter egg.

I'm over it. Ive discovered that when I get down to 9st 6...which I am now, I feel soooo comfortable and it's great :)

Me ad OH are going to look through the new RC plan to see if it will suit me and then decide whether to stick at SW or move over to a new plan.

OH is taking me out tomorrow night, drinks, dinner and casino I think so need to find an outfit!! Xx

Thanks hun :) I've been a super chocolate monster today and I'm debating just staying put with my weight now and calling target. I am happy where I am so I'll have a nice weekend off work and see how I feel on Monday xx

Ok, so after having a total blow out yesterday and showing Rich the Rosemary Conley plan we have decided it's too strict and having only a few pounds left to lose I'm sticking at SW :)
