I am muddling through this week as pay day isnt til friday but didnt want to put off starting until after the bank holiday as I know I will put on loads and be very naughty.....

So can you all help me with a list of basic stuff that i should have in my cupboard, fridge and freezer

My basics I always have in:
400g wholemeal loaf
cartons of passata - makes great sauces for pasta/curries
big bags of pasta and rice
egg noodles for stirfry
eggs
tins of baked beans, tomatoes and Asdas chickpea dahl
frozen veg
potatoes
Mugshots
fruit
cheese
quark
fat free cottage cheese

There must be more but I can't think!

My staples are:

Extra lean Minced Beef
Chicken of some discription
Tinned Tomatoes
pasata
Very low syn sausages (like Morrisons eat smart)
herbs & spices (ie mixed herbs, chilli flakes)
lots of fresh fruit & veg!!!
Syn free yogs (like mullerlights or WW desert yogs)
babybel lights
Laughing cow extra lights
Onions!
Porridge Oats

I could write loads, haha

These things though I use every week in some way or another
