I was having a moan earlier about not being able to tell that I had lost weight, I'm putting before and now pics up as I can tell on my face slightly now, 3 stone 7 down, 7 stone to go!



22st 10lbs





I'm 19st 3lbs now, only got a face shot though!

All photos of me look like I'm smuggling nuts in my cheeks for the winter!! I have a photo from a few years ago where I actually had a jawline!! I've not seen it since!! It's quite a padded area!!

Ee if we can't take the mick out of ourselves!!!

Don't lose faith!!

Are you exercising? My friend works with a girl who has lost 4.5 stone without exercising. She looks fab!! I couldn't manage not to exercise, it's a way of life for me now.

I'm sure you will be down a dress size by 4 stone!!

No I don't really exercise as I'm behind the bar all day and tidy the pub at night so I'm always shattered and my feet are always sore! Lol I'm going to try to get out for 30 mins every day so I can do some walking! X
