Gluten free bread

Does anyone know if I can substitute the bread on the HEB list for gluten free please? I can only eat gluten free bread. :sigh:

There are some gluten free bread givenon the HEB list. Are you a group member? If so you can look them up on the website. If not, someone can give you the details.

I'm with Bodyoptimise online - I've got their list of HEB but no gluten free on the list. Gluten free bread in the main list is 3 syns. Wish I'd gone to a group now, think it would have been easier! :sigh:

Had a quick look as I was on the website. There are some Barkat and Glutafin bread listed. Log on and have a look under the new HE section, it's all listed there.

Thanks Laura. I can't find a new HE section - do you go to a group, not sure if the websites are different for group and online membership?

Hi yes I go to group, not sure if they're different. When you log in do you have a green button on the side that says eat and slim? If you click on that it says latest healthy extras.

Let me know if you can't see it and I'll copy down what I see.

1 glutafin select fibre bread roll (4 pack)
1 slice Barkat wholemeal bread (500g loaf)
1 slice glutano wholemeal bread(500g loaf)
2 slices of glutafin fibre/white/brown bread (400g)
