But it is my weigh in tomorrow - I want them to move by then!!! Day 5 of restart today and still wasnt in bloody ketosis this morning...NOT happy!!!! And yes I have been SS 100%. Think I must be due on or something grrrrrrr. Oh well tomorrow will tell all

I'm just off to gym now in a bid to shift a lb or two!! only lost 1 so far this week weigh in in the morning!!!

Yay!!!!!! it worked going to the gym I've lost 2 lbs overnight so my weigh in this morn I have lost 3lbs this week!!!!!!!
although it could be better a loss is still a loss so i'm happy
