Morning all

It's a bright sunny day here in Essex and I'm off to work.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday were every point days so much so I went over but that's typical for me. Work gives me structure and I have planned meals.

My aim this week is stay plan all week, aim to save some points for the weekend and if I can do some activity is running
