Going loo/ not going loo

Well after not going the loo for over 2 days I was getting concerned plus my stomach felt bloated I was thinking this tab is supposed to make you go anyway went loo this morning and my stomach was really upset not a youve been tango'd moment lol may have been what I ate last night has anyone else had this problem while on these tabs I thought I was going to end up needing senokot lol

First week I was so constipated think I only went twice which is not like me x
