hiya everyone, i am proud of myself, not one biscuit has passed my lips this week.i even refused a big mac on friday night.i am going to Egypt on the 30th sept with my sister and we have nt been before,no cheating for 3 weeks i will wear a tankini. lol

I am off to Egypt Tomorrow and I am the slimest I have been for 20 years Woooo hoooo bikini from me ok so I still have a jelly belly from 4 kids but hey I am still wearing it lol

Have fun!!! Egypt is great. I went back in September for the second time last year and even managed to loose weight due to the heat!

Egypt is wonderful, am going back next month - as Mrs V says, I came back last time having lost weight purely through the heat and the sheer volume of water you have to drink to stay hydrated
(I wasnt even doing SW then but it spurred me on to join!)

Ooooh losing weight while there i'm liking that but I am all inclusive so bet I will gain ... I am 2lb under target if I lose while I am there think I will have to reset target when I get back lol!
