Goreygirl - here's to seeing less of me this year!

Day 1;

Still iced in so not been out of the house much but have caught up on some housework rather than just sitting on sofa watching TV. Also have stuck to my shakes and just had dinner. Suprisingly (or unsuprisingly??) my healthy dinner tasted lovely and was much more enjoyable than the crap i've been eating last few months.

3. Snacks - 2 Muller Rices and an Options Hot choc with milk = 300 cals approx
2. Slimfast Shakes
1. Meal -
Baby potatoes - 130
salmon fillet - 210
steamed veg bag - 85 cals
1 tblspn low fat creme fraiche - 50
1 tsp of red pesto -20

Approx 500 cals

And water water everywhere :)
