Granary rolls

Hi all

I'm doing ee and wondered if I can have a granary roll as my HE B? Does it have to be a certain weight?

Sorry but granary does not count as a healthy extra so you would need to syn the rolls. In future you should look for wholemeal rolls and you are allowed 60g as your HEb choice

Good job I've not had it yet the although leaving it will be hard as they are so yummy
