Is it possible to eat too many grapes in one day.?
You may think I am going mad but I could easily eat 2 punnets in one day.... I just love grapes, always have and I find that they satisfy any sweet cravings I may have.
Please tell me its ok.

I think there pretty high in sugar, and our consultant said there ok in moderation, but dont eat too many, same goes for banana's too.

i think its better than eating chocolate or crisps - but you should eat them in moderation x

Yes you are right... I shall try and keep it to one punnet a day.

Think of the cost aswell! Great tip is to stick them in the freezer! Lovely and crunchy!

I have also frozen them and just taken a few out at a time, you eat less that way. You can also freeze peeled bananas.
