green peppers on AAM?

They're not on the list, what protein do you want the weight for as they're different?
 
200g of quorn hun.

Allowed veg:

Green salad leaves
Celery, cucumber or red radishes
Courgettes or marrow
Broccoli, cauliflower or any cabbage even pickled
Spinach, kale, turnip or taro tops
Asparagus, fennel or celeriac
Chinese leafy greens such as pak choi or chinese cabbage

Thanks! I was meant to start AAM tonight, but just realised only one green pepper in the salad tray so had better start tomoro! Thanks for help x
 
I think they have citric acid in them, either that or carbs/sugars....
 
I think you can also have mushrooms but not 100% certain?
 
It's not in the book but I'm sure I've read somewhere that's because it was missed off when they printed the books - I'm sure they're allowed too but don't know the amounts!
 
My yellow book says you're allowed 275g of quorn mince/pieces.
