Cna i be an honorary bride... well actually I'm a groom but dont want to embarrass my gorgeous girl on her big day by being a big blimp on the photos!

I am struggling with this weight loss and calorie stuff though. Have eaten jacket potato with tuna or beans or cottage cheese every day for two weeks. Not sure what I should be eating, got some soups yesterday .. but struggling to understand what I should be eating.:confused:

wow well done on your weight loss so far your doing great.

It seems to be working well for you doing your own thing, but if you feel like your running out of ideas then it may be worthwhile looking into joining a group like ww or slimming world, I think it really helps having the structure of a plan to follow and that will give you so many ideas about what you should be eating.

There are plenty of men that come to my group and they lose a lot of weight consistently

I second Chantelle, it seems what you're doing is working.

But if you're not sure what you should be eating, just go by the food pyramid. Grains (though maybe not so many), lots of fruits and vegetables, lean protein, calcium through low-fat dairy like skim milk, etc.
