halloumi cheese light

    hiya i have looked in my book and i cant find this please could some one tell me if its a healthy extra and how much in weight thanks

    I think halloumi has to be syn'd :( Would be interested to find out how the syns come out for low fat halloumi tho!! I love squeaky cheese :D

    I've got some in my fridge (after trying it at a bbq). It has been there for weeks without being eaten as I'm not sure to do with it. We don't have a bbq, so I haven't worked out what else to do with it.... Any suggestions? (Sorry to OP for hijacking!!!)

    either dry fry it in cubes and have it with salad with a little raspberry balsamic vinegar. Or make it into kebabs and grill it. yummy yummy xx
