Really what the question says, im eating my 3 meals a day, but finding my appitite
has def changed, just had a plate of chicken breast and swede and left half of it, im not hungry, not starving either!!
i find that im eating less at meal times,but im eating little and often,more snacky things like apples,snack-a-jacks,fish sticks etc.
but im watching the fat in these,
