I don't always have both of mine and I don't think it has made a difference - I just try to make sure I have one A & one of the B's each day though no matter what
Its a very good question, the idea of the Healthy Extras is to make sure you get sufficient amounts of calcuim and fibre (these two things are important for our bodies but also aid weightloss), I don't think its advisable to regularly not have them all as you are actually depriving your body of something it really needs and something that will help you on your weightloss journey, but if its only very occasionally I guess it wouldn't do too much harm.
The alternative of course, is, that if you regularly only have 1 of each why not switch to Extra Easy where you only have 1 of each in any case?
