Healthy Extra B?

Hi :D
so this is my 3rd week on slimming world and so far i have lost 2and 1/2 lbs :D
but i was wondering if i could use cream crackers as my healthy extra b?
i have been havin porridge but im getting a little fed up with it :(

No afraid not. HEBs are chosen because they are higher in fibre and cream crackers do not have a lot of fibre in them

There is a huge list of things you can have though so check your book or get the full list online. If you fancy crackers have ryvita wholegrain crackerbread - you get six for a HEB
