Healthy Extra Houmous??

I always make my own! Much nicer :D
I make it pretty much the same as jaylou, although sometimes add lemon juice/garlic.

A pinch of cayenne pepper and / or paprika is good too! plus my friend's personal trainer told her adding cayenne pepper to things speeds up your metabolism!
 
I always used to make my own one too, using the recipes people have said. My son actually prefers that, to the shop bought ones. I also used to make home made potatoe wedges, to dip in the humous. mmmmm. I'm only just returning to slimming world (2nd day) and am looking forward to re-trying all my old recipes :)
