Morning all

Can anyone tell me if heinz spring vegetable soup is still a b choice please?

My book is a bit dated

And also.... can I use supermarket own brand cereals instead of kelloggs, nestle etc.....

I've rediscovered shreddies and for all you don't get many, I'm liking them muchly just now.
